Generally, the place was peaceful and had fantastic friendly and efficient staff with great customer service nothing too much trouble and always on hand with a friendly smile. The bus stop was 10 minutes’ walk away.

The place was fairly clean with really accommodating and amicable staff members. The room was newly decorated for children to play in with a very comfy bed.

It was good-sized and newly decorated, good enough for a wedding celebration.

We stayed for christmas and would definitely book here again. The room was newly renovated, decent size & had an extremely comfy bed. The provided service was good! What's more, there's parking on-site.

I loved this hotel and didn't want to leave, would definitely recommend to others. I came to Kenilworth for a wedding ceremony - everything was good. The location was handy, adjacent to Kenilworth, conferences rather than guests and many major routes/motorways, and the view was pleasant. Besides, it was 3 km away from a ruined castle. The swimming pool was nice and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel has neat rooms with the bedroom, biscuits etc, as example. The location is incredible and handy, 3 km from The Keep.

The units are brand-new, functional. The food is good, liked English breakfast.

The food in the restaurant was generally excellent, with a good choice of options. The staff were helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was great for exploring the surrounding area, and we were able to easily reach the town centre and the castle.

Our experience at this hotel was not entirely satisfactory. Firstly, some of the more inexperienced and younger staff seemed to lack an understanding of customer service.

Beautifully situated in a spacious green area on the outskirts of Kenilworth. Good starting point for excursions to Warwick, Birmingham, Cotswold. Beautiful indoor pool, which I had for myself (incl. sauna cabin). Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. You might want to pay attention to that, because on the main side of the building you can hear car noises from the expressway to Warwick regularly. The room was located in a side wing separate from the main building (which you can always see on the photos). Somewhat motel like, but with the advantage that you can park your car right next to the building and don't have to lug your suitcase over the site.

Room layout was fine. Some furnishings were new, e.g. bed, others, e.g. wardrobe and carpet could be replaced. Therefore a few deductions from an otherwise satisfactory hotel.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. The breakfasts with excellent quality. Incredible location to a large park. Very close to local pub, many major routes/motorways, and restaurant.

The rooms here are stylish and have a TV and a large double bed that felt just like home for 2 adults.

Great value for money, located close to the city center. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly.

The room was stuffy and outdated, with a small bathroom that lacked proper ventilation. The noise from the street was unbearable, making it impossible to get any decent sleep.

Everything is nice here, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay on the first night of my stay. The breakfast options are freshly cooked with under cooked sausage and fresh fruit salad, as for instance.
